Object
The Service Timer specifies the interval of time in seconds between periodic servicing. Such servicing includes intervals between attempts to establish network connections, intervals between attempts in TPAD to poll terminals that previously failed to respond, and in HPAD this timer is also used to detect host inactivity (i.e. when the host stops polling the station(s)).
