Maximum Unknown Frame Time. Within the period of time defined by the Maximum Unknown Frame Time, a LE Client will send no more than Maximum Unknown Frame Count frames to the BUS for a given unicast LAN Destination, and it must also initiate the address resolution protocol to resolve that LAN Destination. This time value is expressed in seconds. Corresponds to Initial State Parameter C11.
