It represents the ND obtained from the Channel Subsystem.

char(3) Manufacturer    Manufacturer in the form of 3
                                  EBCDIC OCTETS
char(2) Mfr Plant       Plant of manufacture-2 digit code
char(12)SeqNum          Sequence number (12 EBCDIC OCTETS)
