This parameter is relevant only if hwVOPGfastUPBOConfProfUpboKLF is set to override(2), which indicates that this parameter's value will override the XTUs' determination of the electrical length. If hwVOPGfastUPBOConfProfUpboKLF is set either to auto(1) or disableUpbo(3), then this parameter will be ignored. Unit: 0.1 dB.
