column r/w Enumeration 
Indicates the operation type of whether a standard port list maps a VLAN.
Options:
1. idle(0)       -indicates invalid mapping.
2. addPort(1)    -indicates that a port is added to the VLAN.
3. removePort(2) -indicates that a port is deleted from the VLAN.
This leaf must work with hwVlanPorts.
