Indicates the connected link ID list of the device
where the disturber ports locate. The connected link of each port is 1 bit.
The byte value indicates:
1. local(0)            - Local device
2. peer1(1)             - The first peer device
3. peer2(2)             - The second peer device
4. invalidValue(255)    - invalid value
