The SnrMargin per sub-carrier. An array of 512 16-bits values, designed for supporting up to 512 (downstream) sub- carriers. When more then 512 sub-carriers are supported, the status information is reported through multiple (up to 8) segments. The first segment is then used for the first 512 sub-carriers. The second segment is used for the sub-carriers 512 to 1023 and so on.
