Object
Band contains a series of subcarriers. The first octet is the number of bands. Other octets describe the info of each band. Each band info is a pair of values occupying 4 octets with the following structure: First octets - serial number of band Second octets - Direction of band Third fourth octets - Start index of band Fifth sixth octets - End index of band Huawei defined.
