column HUAWEI-VDSL2-LINE-TC-MIBVdsl2ChPtmStatus 
Indicates current state (existing failures) of the VDSL
channel in case its Data Path is PTM.  This is a bit-map of
possible conditions.  
Options:
1. noFailure(0)   - No failure
2. outOfSync (1)  - Out of synchronization
In case the channel is not of PTM Data Path the object is set
to '0'.
