Trap synchronization types.
Options:
1. trap(1) -indicates that all the traps are synchronized.
2. alarm(2) -indicates that only the alarm trap is synchronized.
3. alarmSub(3) -indicates that the alarm trap is synchronized by synchronization ID.
The value of alarmSub can be obtained through hwTrapBufferMinSn or hwTrapBufferMaxSn.
