List of the syslog host facility. Through this object,
the syslog host facility can be configured in batches in the format of bit-domain string.
The syslog host facility hwSyslogHostFacility is of the bit type.
The value indicated that an operation is performed based on bits. When the bit is set to 1,
the messages of the bit are collected. local0 indicates bit 16, local1 indicates bit 17,...
and local7 indicates bit 23.
