Information of instance index protected by a domain.
The instance index ranging from 0 to 48 
is listed in a character string in order. 
The value of each character can be either 0 or 1. 
Character 0 indicates that the corresponding instance is not proteced 
while character 1 indicates that the corresponding instance is proteced.
For example, set character string 00101 to protect instance 2 and instance 4, 
and not to protect the rest of instances.
