Options:
1. enable(0)    - indicates that the power bluetooth state of SMU is enabled.
2. disable(1)   - indicates that the power bluetooth state of SMU is disabled.
3. invalid(-1)  - indicates that the device can not get the value, e.g. the EMU does not support this operation
