The indexes of this table are hwEnvEmuIndex, hwPowerIndex, and hwLoadIndex.
hwEnvEmuIndex, which comes from hwEnvironmentInfoTable, is the index of the monitored unit. 
hwPowerIndex is the index of the power supply monitored by the monitoring unit. 
hwLoadIndex is the index of the monitored load.
