DC output voltage status.
Options:
1. normal(1)           - indicates that the DC output voltage state is normal
2. exceedVoltage(2)    - indicates that the DC output voltage state is exceedVoltage          
3. belowVoltage(3)     - indicates that the DC output voltage state is belowVoltage          
4.invalid(-1)     	 	  - indicates that device can not get the value, e.g. the EMU does not support this operation, or the EMU state is abnormal
