When hwPosFlagJ1Mode is set to j116ByteMode, the value of hwPosFlagJ1Mode is up to 15 characters; when hwPosFlagJ1Mode is set to j164ByteOrNullMode, the value of hwPosFlagJ1Mode is up to 64 characters.
