The value of this object identifies the Level-1 cost of an interface. 
If the cost style is wide or widecompatible, the range of this value is from 0 to 16777215, 
else the range of this value is from 0 to 63.
The value of 0 means undo this configuration, and the cost of the circuit will become the default value.
