This object indicates upstream GEM frame error ratio in current 15 minutes. The value of this object indicates the absolute value of the exponente of the upstream GEM frame error ratio with scientific notation. For example, if the upstream GEM frame bit error ratio is calculated to be (0.0012), the scientific notation is 1.2E-3. The multiplicando (1.2) is ignored, and the value of this object is (3). The value (-1) indicates that the query fails or no information is detected. The value (0xFFFFFFE) indicates that the bit error ratio is (0). The value (0) indicates that the bit error ratio is (1).
