1. invalid(1) -indicates that the queue priority is invalid.

3. af2(3)     -indicates that the queue priority is af2.
4. af3(4)     -indicates that the queue priority is af3.
5. af4(5)     -indicates that the queue priority is af4.
6. be(6)      -indicates that the queue priority is be.
7. cs6(7)     -indicates that the queue priority is cs6.
8. cs7(8)     -indicates that the queue priority is cs7.
9. ef(9)      -indicates that the queue priority is ef.
