Object
This object indicates whether the MEP in the MA is a VLAN-based MEP. If the MEP is a VLAN-based MEP, the MA must have been associated with a VLAN and the interface and VLAN information need not be configured. If the MEP is not a VLAN-based MEP, entry creation fails.
