When the outer VLAN priority mapping policy is mapping from the outer or inner CoS domain on the ingress, the index (range: 1-4) of the service port priority mapping profile is used. The referenced service port priority mapping profile must exist in hwPbitsToPbitsMappingTable. When the outer VLAN priority mapping policy is mapping from the packet DSCP domain on the ingress, the index (range: 1-4) of the DSCP-to-802.1p priority mapping profile is used. The referenced DSCP-to-802.1p priority mapping profile must exist in hwDscpToPbitsMappingTable. -1 indicates the default value.
