This is the power alarm state of the only channel for the single-channel optical receiver. This is the power alarm state of channel 0 for the dual-channel optical receiver. The Optical receiver can be used only when it is normal. Options: 1.normal(1) - indicates that Optical power alarm state is normal 2.low(2) - indicates that Optical power alarm state is low 3.high(3) - indicates that Optical power alarm state is high
