If not invalid, the value is true if the frequency determinning the timescale is traceable to a primary reference, otherwise the value is false.
Options:
       1.false(1) - indicates that the frequency determinning the timescale isn't traceable to a primary reference.
       2.true(2)  - indicates that the frequency determinning the timescale is traceable to a primary reference.
       3.invalid(-1) - indicates that it is not be queried.
