hwClkOutputPostion

The index of physical position of the clock source.
The highest byte is useless.
The second byte describes the frame ID.
The third byte describes the slot ID.
The lowest byte describes the port ID.
The following shows how to use parameter during the get or set operation:
0x 00, FF,00,00  Frame ID;     0~255
0x 00, 00,FF,00  Slot  ID;     0~255
0x 00, 00,00,FF  Port  ID;     0~255
