Destination MAC address of MAC-encapsulated packets.
BC:
    When the delay measurement mechanism is delay, the default destination MAC address is 011b-1900-0000.
    When the delay measurement mechanism is pdelay, the default destination MAC address is 0180-c200-000e.
T-BC:
    Supports only MAC-encapsulated packets and supports multicast MAC address configuration. 
    It can be 01-80-C2-00-00-0E and 01-1B-19-00-00-00 (default).
