Bits
Power management state Enabling. Defines the power states the xTU-C or xTU-R may autonomously transition to on this line. The various bit positions are: allowTransitionsToIdle (0) and allowTransitionsToLowPower (1). A bit with a '1' value means that the xTU is allowed to transit into the respective state and a '0' value means that the xTU is not allowed to transit into the respective state.
