The switch hardware has detected a parity/ECC error. The parity/ecc error
is non Correctable. cpqHoFwVerLocation identifies the Rack, Enclosurename
 and Bay number where the parity/ecc error occured. cpqHoFwVerLocation is
 represented in <RackName>:<EnclosureName>:<Bay Number> format
