mplsTunnelIfIndex

If mplsTunnelIsIf is set to true, then this value
contains the LSR-assigned ifIndex which corresponds
to an entry in the interfaces table.  Otherwise
this variable should contain the value of zero
indicating that a valid ifIndex was not assigned to
this tunnel interface.
