If mplsTunnelHopAddrType is set to lspid(4), then
this value will contain the LSPID of a tunnel of
this hop. The present tunnel being configured is
tunneled through this hop (using label stacking).
This object is otherwise insignificant and should
contain a value of 0 to indicate this fact.
