scalar mandatory r/w RtrStatus 
Enable or disable UDP broadcast forwarding service.
When UDP broadcast forwarding is enabled, default
entries are added to the UDP broadcast forwarding
port table. When it is disabled, UDP broadcast
forwarding port table is flushed to empty.
