This is copy of pimInterfaceAddress with read-create 
access. PIM uses this source address to send its 
protocol packets out on this interface. This address can 
be set to one of IP addresses of the interface or 
255.255.255.255 if the address is determined dynamically 
based on the current IP configuration.
The currently used source address is value of
pimInterfaceAddress in the latter case.
