The number of Link State Update packets received
on the interface. This number is incremented each
time an OSPFv3 LSU packet is received on OSPFv3 
enabled interface.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter
can occur at re-initialization of the management
system. The counters can be cleared for any 
interface using 'clear ipv6 ospf3 statistics'
command
