column r/w Enumeration 
This object is used to administratively enable 
or disable an OpenFlow instance. This MIB 
object can be set to 'enable' only when either 
hpicfOpenFlowInstanceListenPortCfg has been 
set to 'true' or atleast one controller is 
associated with this instance.
