This object indicates whether the
value in hpicfIpv6NDDadAttempts is in use or
the value in hpicfIpv6InterfaceDadAttempts 
is in use for an entry in this table while
performing duplicate address detection.
A set to 'global' means: 
- hpicfIpv6NDDadAttempts value will be used for dad 
   attempts.
A set to 'perInterface' means:
- hpicfIpv6InterfaceDadAttempts value will be used for
  dad attempts.
