column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
The value of this object corresponds to the downstream
speed of the specified port for fixed port speed
behaviour. All the speeds enumerated above are in kbps.
if the port speed behaviour is adaptive an error of noSuchName
will be returned by the agent.
The default value for this object is  s2560 (7).
