Object

The clock stratum, or stratum number, 
describes one measure of the quality of a clock. Each clock
shall be characterized by a stratum number to be used by 
the best master clock algorithm as one parameter of clock
quality. A clock stratum of 1 is the best,
where the default clock stratum is 255.
