scalar r/w Enumeration 
Enables/disables the Read/Write capability of the IEC61850 MMS. 
If disabled(2), the MMS Server is accessible Read-Only,  
if enabled(2) the devices configuration can be changed using 
the IEC61850 MMS protocol.  
The default value is disabled.
