scalar r/w Enumeration 
Enables/disables SNTP client operating mode. 
In 'unicast' mode, the client sends a request
to a designated unicast server and expects a
reply from that server.
In 'broadcast' client mode, it sends no request and waits for
a broadcast from one or more broadcast servers.
