pruned.  The mask must either be all 1's, or else
hm2AgentDvmrpPruneSource and hm2AgentDvmrpPruneSourceMask must match
hm2AgentDvmrpRouteSource and hm2AgentDvmrpRouteSourceMask for some entry in
the hm2AgentDvmrpRouteTable.
