This field specifies the topologies for this group.  This field has meaning only when topologyIsGroup is set to 1. 
This field is represented as octect string.
        The most significant bit of the most significant octet of the octet string represents the first topology with topologyID = 0
        and second most significant bit of the most significant octet represents the second topology with
        topologyID = 1 and so on.
