This field indicates what are the MU connection capabilities.
bit 0 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable to tx/rx on A radio.
bit 1 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable to tx/rx on BG radio.
bit 2 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of wpaV1 privacy.
bit 3 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of wpaV2 privacy.
bit 4 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable to comunicate with 1 data stream.
bit 5 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable to comunicate with 2 data streams.
bit 6 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable to comunicate with 3 data streams.
bit 7 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of Unscheduled automatic power-save delivery (U-APSD) benefits.
           The voice client can synchronize the transmission and reception of voice frames with the AP.
bit 8 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of Unscheduled automatic power-save delivery (U-APSD) benefits.
           The video client can synchronize the transmission and reception of video frames with the AP.
bit 9 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of Unscheduled automatic power-save delivery (U-APSD) benefits.
           The client can synchronize the transmission and reception in background queue.
bit 10 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of Unscheduled automatic power-save delivery (U-APSD) benefits.
           The client can synchronize the transmission and reception in best effort queue.
bit 11 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of Wi-Fi Multimedia(WMM) power save.
bit 12 :  If this bit is set, the client is capable of 802.11n Greenfield mode.
bit 13 :  If this bit is set, the client is on fast-transition mode.
