column r/w Enumeration 
If this field is set to 'assigned(1)', then the radio of the AP identified by the
apIndex is a member of the load balancing group identified by the loadBlanaceID.
For radio blanacing group, either all or none of the radios of a specific AP 
(indentified by apIndex) are assigned to the load balancing group.
