This is the offset (in 20 MHz channels) of the primary channel from the lowest 20 MHz channel within an aggregated channel. The offset can be 0 if the primary channel is the same as the lowest channel or it can be 1,2 or 3 depending on the aggregate channel width. The AP may select a different channel width from the administratively configured width in order to comply with regulatory requirements and the current RF environment.
