The AP Effective Tunnel MTU determines the maximum length of the frames that can be tunnelled without fragmentation, after subtracting the tunnel headers (WASSP and IPSEC). The AP Effective Tunnel MTU is determined for each AP tunnel as minimum between the Static MTU (configurable) and Dynamic MTU (learned from the ICMP path discovery).
