Value of 'enabled(1)' means EWC is operating in advanced filtering configuration mode. Value of 'disabled(0)' means EWC is operating in mode that is compatible with releases prior to 7.41. This field can only be set to 'enabled(1)' and after setting it to that value, the only way to undo that is by resetting the database.
