This object controls creation/deletion of the associated
entry in this table as per the semantics of RowStatus.
If an active entry is referenced in either
hdsl2ShdslSpanConfAlarmProfile or
hdsl2ShdslEndpointAlarmConfProfile, the entry MUST remain
active until all references are removed.
