column Enumeration 
The operation(activation) mode of an ONU.
other(1)   - ONU is in another mode.
on(2)      - ONU is registered and authorized to the
network.  In this mode it works
as a media converter.
pending(3) - ONU has been registered to the PON, but
not authorized to the network.
off(4)     - ONU is not registered to the network.
