The present output power factor. 
The returned value correspond to the cosf of the load.
A positive value indicate an inductive load; 
a negative value indicate a capacitive load; 
value 1 indicate a resistive load. 
If the measure is not available due to a small load for 
a consistent calculation, the NA value is then returned.(*)
