A count of seconds over which the performance data was actually
monitored.  This value will be the same as the interval duration
(86400 seconds), except in a situation where performance data
could not be collected for any reason.
              
This object maps to the TR-159 attribute
aGroupPerf1DayIntervalMoniSecs.
