A number of PTM-TC encapsulation errors.  This counter is
incremented for each encapsulation error detected by the
PTM-TC receive function.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the management system, and at other times
as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime, as
defined in the IF-MIB.
              
This object maps to the TR-159 attribute
aChannelPtmTcRxCodingViolations.
